Before you jump on your bicycle with us, we want to make sure you have everything you need, and that it all checks out to be ready to ride! We'll make sure your helmet & bicycle fits you properly and go over a quick pre-ride safety check. Resources include: how to transport your bicycle should you be driving over or taking TheBus. We'll also have you fill out a pre-workshop Health Screening to ensure your safety and of others. This short 5-min. lesson is required before attending any on-bike course.
